Refund policy
CANCELLATION POLICY ON CUSTOM GARAGE DOORS
Customer has the right to cancel the purchased agreement within 3 business days of date agreement was signed and or accepted without any financial consequences and/or costs to customer (all cancellation requests must be made in writing with customer’s signature). Customer is fully aware that requesting a special order (custom made doors or unique request or items not in stock, etc.) from Easy Flip Garage Doors Inc. will constitute a full waiver of customer cancellation right and customer will be financially liable for all work performed and or full cost of products as per this agreement.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Inspection
Customer must inspect the work completed by Easy Flip Garage Doors hereunder immediately upon receipt of notice from Easy Flip Garage Doors Inc. that the order is complete, and shall, within three (3) business days after receipt, give written notice to Easy Flip Garage Doors Inc. of any claim for work that does not conform with the terms of this contract. If Customer shall fail to give such notice, the work shall be deemed accepted and to conform to the terms of the contract of sale, and Customer shall be bound to pay for the work in accordance with the terms hereof.
REFUND POLICY ON GARAGE DOORS
As each order is a custom order and therefore cannot be re-sold, Garage Door orders are non-refundable after the 3-day cancellation period is over.

REFUND POLICY ON PARTS & ACCESSORIES
Parts and Accessories including Garage Door Openers have a 30-day money back policy.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in original, unopened box. A re-stocking fee of 10% will apply.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders Garage Doors). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
